Clarke is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is a Certified Internal Auditor with more than 45 years' experience in the field of auditing, accounting, financial services, and international business management. He retired from his position as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Barbados Operations for Sagicor Life Inc on 30th June 2020 after 13 years with Sagicor.
